The Expertise Exchange (ExEx) is being created to help you do exactly that.
ExEx will connect experienced people with businesses, organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals looking for knowledge and expertise.
Opportunities could include consultancy, project work, interim assignments, mentoring, sales representation, business development, problem solving and voluntary involvement.
You decide what you want to offer, how much time you want to give and the opportunities that interest you.
Join us before launch
ExEx is currently being developed for full launch in summer 2027.
We are now inviting experienced people to join us as Founding Expertise Partners, helping us build the breadth of expertise that will make ExEx valuable from the day it launches.
There is no charge to register before launch.
Founding Expertise Partners will benefit from:
- Free pre-launch registration
- Joining fee waived
- Initial verification fee waived where applicable
- No ExEx commission on engagements completed before commercial launch
- Recognition as a Founding Expertise Partner after launch
- Early access to opportunities as the ExEx network develops
There is no obligation to accept any opportunity.
What expertise are we looking for?
Almost every working life creates knowledge that somebody else may value.
We are interested in people from every industry, profession, trade and specialist discipline — from senior executives and professionals to engineers, technicians, skilled tradespeople, sales specialists and experienced business owners.
You don't need to be looking for another career.
You may simply be willing to contribute a few hours, a day, a project or occasional advice when the right opportunity arises.
