Governance and Protection

No individual should become indispensable.

Founder-led direction is necessary while ExEx establishes its proposition, validates demand and builds its foundations. It should not become a permanent dependency.

As ExEx matures, leadership should pass from the founder to the people best qualified to scale and steward it. During the formative stage, a small Advisory or Supervisory Board will be drawn from suitably qualified Founder 100 members. Its authority, remit, appointment terms and conflicts process must be documented.

The Custodians Charter will protect the central principles:
