Funding ExEx means funding the infrastructure that can turn dormant capability into productive activity.
The case for supporting ExEx is not based on maintaining a website. It is based on testing whether a trusted platform can return experienced capability to the economy, help organisations overcome skills gaps and strengthen community capacity.
A development grant could help fund discovery, prototyping, a controlled software build, verification design and a measured pilot. It would complement—not replace—Founder 100 investment, commercial income and subsequent investment.
