An organisation describes the problem, desired outcome, timing, location, working pattern and relevant requirements.

3. Discover

The Search Engine identifies potentially relevant Expertise Partners using evidence, preferences and transferable capability.

4. Respond

Interested people submit a consistent response explaining their suitability, approach, availability and proposed terms.

5. Agree

The parties confirm the scope, responsibilities, milestones, fees and safeguards through an appropriate engagement model.

6. Deliver

The Management Platform supports communication, progress, records, finance integration and outcome capture.

Profiles and opportunities should display exactly which checks have been completed, by whom and when. ExEx should not claim to verify every aspect of every member.
