TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is The Expertise Exchange Limited (“ExEx”), whose registered office is at 70 Seabourne Road, Bournemouth BH5 2HT.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete a valid ExEx account registration.
An organisation may enter through one named representative who is authorised to register on its behalf. Only one entry is permitted per person or organisation.
Employees and contractors of ExEx, together with members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
A person or organisation will be entered automatically after completing a valid ExEx account registration during the promotional period.
A valid registration must contain complete, genuine and verifiable information. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise non-bona-fide registrations will be excluded.
The promotion opens on 26 October 2026 and will close when ExEx has received 1,000 valid registrations.
There are ten prizes, each comprising one £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, with a total promotional prize value of £5,000.
Each prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The first 1,000 valid registrations will be divided into ten consecutive blocks of 100.
One winner will be selected from each block after the 100th valid registration in that block has been received. Each valid entrant will therefore have a one-in-100 chance of winning within their block.
Winners will be selected using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. A record of each draw will be retained by ExEx.
Each entry will participate in one draw only, and no entrant may win more than one prize.
ExEx will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the email address supplied during registration. Winners will normally be contacted within ten days of the relevant draw.
A winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 30 days of the notification being sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, is found to be ineligible or has supplied invalid information, the prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible registrations in the same block.
The prize will be supplied within 30 days after the winner has confirmed acceptance.
Winners will be invited to consent to the publication of their initial and town or county — for example, “H. from Tunbridge Wells”.
A winner may object to publication or ask ExEx to reduce the information published. This will not affect their entitlement to the prize. ExEx will retain sufficient records to demonstrate that each prize was validly awarded.
Entering the prize draw does not create any obligation to continue as an ExEx member beyond the applicable free membership or access period.
Participants may opt out before any membership renewal becomes payable. Transactional charges, service charges and business-sale commissions may remain payable where applicable.
Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the prize draw and the entrant’s ExEx account in accordance with the ExEx Privacy Policy.
ExEx reserves the right to exclude any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse or manipulation of the registration or draw process.
ExEx will not amend, suspend or cancel the promotion except where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. If that occurs, ExEx will act fairly and seek to minimise disappointment to participants.
The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
