Purpose

This working plan sets out the commercial proposition, funding basis, operating assumptions and implementation priorities for ExEx. It is intended as a disciplined starting point for the Founder 100, other potential investors, the Supervisory Board and a future executive team.

The plan deliberately starts from what a realistic initial funding base can achieve. It does not work backwards from an assumed valuation: any later valuation must be earned through evidence of demand, repeat economics and sustainable growth.
