The Harrison brothers operated a growing facilities-maintenance company in London. An important prospective client required its suppliers to operate an ISO 9001 quality management system.

The brothers understood their business extremely well, but neither had the time or specialist knowledge to develop the required system from scratch. Through ExEx they found Susan, an experienced quality-assurance professional based in Southampton.

Susan did not need to spend days travelling to London. Using Teams, shared documents and scheduled online meetings, she worked with the brothers to understand their operation, document their processes, identify weaknesses and prepare the company for certification.
